A Neverland Christmas Takes the Stage in Hammondsport

There’s something about December around Keuka Lake that feels as if the curtain is rising on a beautifully crafted holiday production. The lights gleam like stage spotlights, the music drifts through the air like an overture, and the sense of community settles in with the comfort of a well-loved script. And this year, that theatrical magic steps into the spotlight — quite literally — thanks to a beloved local treasure: The Keuka Lake Players.

Spotlight on the Keuka Lake Players

For years, the Keuka Lake Players have been the creative heartbeat of our region — a troupe where neighbors become castmates, stories become shared memories, and the stage becomes a gathering place for families across the lake. Their productions are stitched together with passion, dedication, and hometown talent, giving audiences performances that resonate long after the final bow.

This season, they’re sprinkling a little Neverland magic across the boards with a show destined to delight audiences of every age.

The Show Doesn’t End at the Curtain

After the final applause fades, bundle up and wander into the Village Square, where twinkling lights, holiday treats, smiling vendors, and the magic of the season await.

It’s the kind of evening where memories are made — the kind that stay tucked in your heart long after December slips away.

A Keuka Roots & StorySprout Closing Note

As the holiday season unfolds like a beautifully written script, Keuka Roots and StorySprout are grateful to celebrate the talents, traditions, and tiny moments of magic that make our lake community shine. Whether it’s a cast taking the stage or a little elf gathering stories in our shops and squares, each scene adds something meaningful to the story we’re writing together.

Thank you for supporting local arts, local stories, and the imaginative spirit that keeps Keuka glowing.

May your December be filled with wonder, warmth, and a sprinkle of StorySprout sparkle.

Stay Rooted, Stay Keuka — and may the stories you gather this season be the ones you treasure most.
