A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Autumn Reads Authors

Ink, Leaves, and Gratitude

As the golden glow of autumn lingers just a little longer across the Keuka landscape, it also softly filters across our Autumn Reads shelves, where stories of love, courage, hope, and adventure have found their home these past few months. Each title has added its own shade of warmth to the season — a cozy companion for readers who’ve curled up with a good book and a mug of something warm as the leaves turned and the nights grew longer.

To our wonderful authors who placed their books on our Autumn Reads shelves — thank you. You’ve filled our virtual nook with imagination and heart, bringing readers tales that make us laugh, cry, reflect, and dream. Your words have reached homes across the region (and beyond), inspiring conversations, friendships, and a renewed appreciation for the art of storytelling.

Though these shelves will soon make way for The Winter Nook, we’re not quite ready to say goodbye just yet. There’s still time to visit, browse, and discover your next November read — or even begin your holiday shopping with a heartfelt touch by gifting a book written by one of our talented indie authors. Every purchase supports not only a writer’s dream but also the vibrant literary spirit that makes our Keuka Roots community so special.

And to all authors — there’s still room on our shelves at The Winter Nook! We would love for you to join us as we prepare to deck our virtual shelves with new stories to warm readers through the season. The Winter Nook launches Thanksgiving week and will shine bright throughout the holidays and beyond with extra promotion during Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday.

As we turn the page to a new season, we carry with us the stories that have kept us company through these crisp autumn days — and eagerly await the new tales that will warm our hearts through winter.

So, before the shelves transform with snowflakes and twinkling lights, come take one last stroll through Autumn Reads. You just might find that perfect story waiting to be discovered.

🌿 Closing thoughts from Keuka Roots:

To all our authors, readers, and friends — thank you for keeping our stories rooted in community and heart. Each story shared, each book discovered, and each friendship formed reminds us why we do what we do — to keep the spirit of Keuka alive and growing, whether near or far.
