Kass' Kettle: Fundraisers, Special Events & The Windmill

In 2023, Kassie Campbell, a resident of Prattsburgh, pursued greater flexibility to balance her responsibilities as a wife and a mother to two daughters and a son. In her search, she came across the opportunity to take over a kettle corn business at the cherished Windmill Farm and Craft Market, located just outside the charming village of Penn Yan. This endeavor aligns beautifully with her lively and personable nature, presenting an excellent fit for her career goals while also providing the freedom to savor precious moments with her family.

Embark on an enchanting journey to the 19th Century and enjoy the delightfully distinctive snack that once captivated the taste buds of yesteryear! At Kass’s Kettle Corn, conveniently located on North St of Shops, just across from the stage at the Windmill, you can treat yourself to freshly popped Old Fashioned Kettle Corn throughout the day! Kass's unique recipe achieves the perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness, sure to please your palate. I truly believe it’s the best Kettle Corn in town! Kass warmly invites you to stop by for a complimentary sample, or simply follow the alluring aroma, and you'll easily find her!

In addition to her classic Kettle Corn, she has introduced her own one-of-a-kind specialty blends. Her imaginative spirit knows no limits as she crafts distinctive kettle corn combinations. She even gave me an exclusive preview of the fall flavors that are coming soon: candy corn kettle corn (yes, you read that right!), sugared cider donut kettle corn—made with warm donuts from her neighboring vendor, Ciderlicious Donuts —and an apple kettle corn! Oh, the essence of Fall is truly in the air!

Like many entrepreneurs, Kassie has taken her kettle corn business beyond The Windmill. Are you seeking a fun and distinctive 'bar' for your next gathering or special event? Kass' Kettle Corn Bars are sure to delight guests of all ages. Whether you opt for the delicious classic kettle or choose to explore a variety of her artisan mixes, your guests will truly appreciate it. Here’s a tip – they’re ideal for weddings. My granddaughter hired Kassie a year ago and not only did the Kettle Corn Bar look stunning and fit her theme perfectly, but the guests couldn't stop raving about it.

Kassie expressed, "'I'm thrilled about launching Kass' Kettle Corn as a fundraising option for local non-profits. Unlike typical fundraisers that generate thousands of dollars in sales but only yield a few hundred for the organization, our approach returns 50% of sales! This initiative allows me to give back to the community and champion our local non-profits, from student organizations and beyond."

She simplifies the fundraising process, managing everything from order forms to delivering fresh products straight to the organization, and even distributing individual orders directly to participants for delivery. Group leaders, take note: this will be the easiest and most profitable fundraiser you've ever organized. Plus, Kettle Corn adds a fun twist—everyone loves Kettle Corn! To find out more about Kass' Kettle Fundraisers email her here!

Family serves as her cornerstone, and as Kassie embarks on her journey ahead, her deepest aspiration is to transform Kass' Kettle into a legacy business that her children will one day be eager and proud to inherit. Kass, with your unwavering determination, kind-hearted nature, and infectious joy, I truly believe you will make that dream a reality.
